Website Content Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for publishing new products using in-house content management system.
  • Alert the Copywriter, Translator and Merchandisers on new products in advance of publishing and promotion deadlines.
  • Check all product information is correct and has all been published correctly using the appropriate tools and reports.
  • Responsible for the management of the sale category.
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the site content ensuring any errors are fixed as soon as possible.
  • Update content for online catalogues and other promotions.
  • Coordinate and review any feedback from buyers and other departments and revise any necessary content.
  • Prompt and coordinate teams to update content with up-to-date information.
  • Manage product integration alerts and ensure any errors are promptly fixed.
  • Work with the customer service team and warehouse to ensure customer product queries are solved.
  • Help test new features or bugs on the site.
  • Support Web Manager and Web Visual Merchandiser with various ad hoc tasks.

Primary Skills:

  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate logical analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Proactive in looking at ways to improve processes with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse, present and communicate information clearly.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive partnerships and demonstrate strong listening, oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
