Home Visual Merchandiser (Maternity Cover)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the Visual Manager in the interpretation of home office visual communication.
• Utilise weekly sales reports to track, analyse and communicate business results and determine merchandising strategies.
• Plan and execute weekly merchandising and display objectives and new product placement.
• Monitor and train staff to maintain presentation standards.
• Maintain an awareness of home trends and relevance to the store environment.
• Communicate merchandising and display concepts plus trends to store team through store communication boards, morning meetings, and store staff meetings.
