DELIVERY INFORMATION
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured that any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.
Where do we deliver?
Anthropologie.eu ships throughout the UK and Europe:
UK Mainland, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Austria, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Finland, Portugal, Malta, Poland, Hungary, Astonia, Cyprus, Slovenia, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, and Greece.

Delivery within the UK
Delivery times:
Monday to Friday: 9.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. GMT.
Saturday: 9.30 a.m. - 1 p.m. GMT.

Extra Information for UK deliveries:
- We aim to dispatch orders placed before 10 a.m. on the same day.
- A signature will be required upon delivery. A card will be left to rearrange delivery should no one be home.
- Orders are shipped only between Monday - Friday, not including Bank Holidays.
- Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Delivery within Europe
We use DPD to ship all our orders to Europe and the Republic of Ireland. In Germany, we use Hermes.

- Express delivery is not available when shipping to any European destination.

- Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
- Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to dispatch orders to any international location outside of Europe, or to any BFPO or P.O. Box addresses.

Furniture/Chandeliers/Oversized Items
As delivery method, timing and fees vary item to item; please refer to our product pages for delivery specifics.
- Most furniture and chandeliers will arrive within 4-6 weeks and are shipped via a delivery service.
- Delivery hours are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. GMT, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Please note that expedited shipping methods are unavailable for oversized items.
Please note, the delivery company handling your order will call to schedule your appointment. Rest assured all oversized items will be handled with care, as our shipping fees include the following: door-to-door services, courtesy of two handlers: indoor/upstairs placement (two-flight maximum); unpacking and debris removal; tool-free assembly (15 minute maximum).
