Junior Copywriter & Customer Service Assistant

We have a position for a Junior Copywriter & Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is a challenging role in a fast-paced environment and we therefore require people that are passionate about our ethos and are dedicated to our brand. As an entry level role, this position is ideal for a talented individual looking to progress their career within a growing brand.

The role:

As you develop, you will have the chance to learn more about the company, assist with other tasks, and enhance your copywriting skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience of working within a customer focused environment. The role focuses on two major aspects within the web team: assisting with copywriting and supporting customers looking to purchase items from the website. You will be a first point of contact for customers on a daily basis.

To be considered for this position you must have:

• A demonstrated ability to write creatively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with accurate data entry skills
• A clear and polite telephone manner
• Ability to work in a team
• Intermediate PC skills
• The ability to work in a fast changing environment

• Multilingual
