We are always looking for bright, enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team. If that sounds like you come and spend your placement time with us and work with us at our London HQ.

Details of Internship - Main Responsibilities:

  • » Main role includes the sending out and returning of press loans and image requests.
  • » Liaising with stores and stockroom.
  • » Completing press loan paperwork and book couriers.
  • » Communicating with press and responding to press enquiries about product, events or news.
  • » Keeping press contacts up to date.
  • » Assisting on press and marketing events - launches, previews and gallery openings.
  • » Assistant the PR team in the general running of the press office.

Please note that this is an unpaid placement, but we do cover travel expenses for London zones 1-2 and offer staff discount for the duration of your placement for yourself and family. We value all of our interns, and offer a variety of opportunities to work with us further after your placement.

You must be a student looking to undertake an accredited placement module.
